Day by day itinerary

Day 0: Arrival – Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to the Lake Dulute Lodge in Arusha. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning. If time allows, a complimentary town tour to explore Arusha town and visit a local market can be arranged.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you drive to Tarangire National Park where your safari starts. This lovely park has the largest concentrations of elephants in the world and the highest number of breeding bird species. Especially during the dry season, Tarangire National park is packed with wildlife. Big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards, but also the seldom seen Kudu, Oryx and Gerenuk. If you are lucky you can even spot the tree-climbing python. The Tarangire River draws huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, as well as predators who prey upon them. Later in the afternoon you drive for dinner and overnight to Maramboi Tented Camp, a peaceful setting with great views over Lake Burunge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will continue your Romantic Luxury Honeymoon Safari with a drive to the Ngorongoro crater for a game drive with picnic lunch. This is the best place to see the endangered black rhino (less than 1000 black rhinos are left in the wild in the world). The crater has also many other animals like zebras, wildebeests, hippos, gazelles, hyenas and many more. All meals and overnight will be at Ngorongoro Farm House

Day 3: Serengeti National Park (Central)

After breakfast, you will drive to One nature Nyaruswiga camp for lunch and a short siesta. In the afternoon you will depart for a game drive. Serengeti is the park with the largest concentration of big mammals in the world and it is where you will see most of your exciting wildlife. The sightings will include prides of lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hippos, impalas, warthogs, topis, crocodiles and many more. Dinner and overnight will be at Kubukubu Tented Camp

Day 4: Serengeti National park (Central)

Morning and afternoon game drives in Central Serengeti with early departure looking for active predators and other wildlife. All meals and overnight will be at Kubukubu Tented Camp

Day 5: Serengeti National Park (North)

After breakfast drive to north Serengeti with game drive en route TWC MARATENTED CAMP for lunch. In the afternoon you will depart for a game drive along the Mara river. In this area, you will have high chances to see the great migration (estimated to reach 3,000,000 animals now) crossing the Mara river while the crocodiles in the river try to attack them. All meals and overnight will be at Maramara Tented Camp.

Day 6: Serengeti National park (North)

Morning and afternoon game drives in North Serengeti along the Mara river with early departure exploring the great migration crossing the Mara river. All meals and overnight will be at Maramara Tented Camp
